Are you interested in making one of our properties your home? The application process is simple!
Who needs an application?
Tenants that will be living in the residence that are 18 years or older.
Fill out an application.
Once you open the application, you have two options:
- Fill it out online, then print.
- Print, then fill it out by hand (in blue ink).
When filling out the application, make sure to fill EVERY SINGLE BOX. Each box must contain a response. Therefore, if you have no middle name, you can not leave that space blank. Please put either a horizontal line in the space, or put N/A for Non-Applicable.
Gather all necessary documents.
We will need a copy of 2 forms of identification that meet the criteria below:
- Full Name printed with Photo
- Full Name printed with Full Social Security Number
Our preferences are: Driver’s License and Social Security Card. Have you misplaced your SSC? The front page of a tax return will suffice. We also prefer that the copy be in color, as it is easier to read.
Have a pet?
Make sure you include a photo of them. We need to have a photo in your file so we can positively identify them, if needed.
Proof of income.
To verify proof of income, we ask that you provide one of the following:
- 2 months of pay stubs
- 6 months of bank statements
Is there an application fee, and how do I pay it?
The application fee is $35/application. No cash or personal checks. Acceptable forms include Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks.
What do I do after I’ve completed the application?
After gathering all of the proper materials, and you’re ready to submit the application, bring it to our office at:

During business hours, which are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, although we are closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm.
I can’t bring it in, can I email or fax?
We do not suggest emailing applications because OUR email is NOT SECURED. Since your application will include all of your personal information, we do not want to put it at risk. However, if you want to email it, THAT IS SOLELY YOUR CHOICE, and at your own risk.
We accept faxed applications, but it will not be processed until the Money Order/Cashier’s Check for the application fee(s) is delivered to the office. Due to the fact that we process applications on a first-come-first-served basis, if someone brings an application in with their Money Order, they will be processed first, then the faxed application is 2nd in line (because it is complete, without Money Order). Money Orders/Cashier’s Checks are only accepted during business hours.
If there is an application already being processed, you’re more than welcome to submit an application to be 2nd in line in the event that application does not go through. To be next in line, applications must be completed, with all necessary documentation, but no money is required. If the first application does not go through, we will call the next application in line, and ask them to bring in their Money Order/Cashier’s Check to start processing.
